Here is an update from Elizabeth:
4:30 at boathouse to gather- we need at least 16 people to help carry two banners, 2x, slings and oars to the staging area at the farmers market.
Parade starts at 5:30. Wear red and bring lights or glow sticks to wear (we will have some). Temps will be near 30 but dress warm for standing around.
Bring cash for pizza afterwards at the boathouse.

As we enter the beginning of our 150th year, please join MBC in marching in the Torchlight Parade as part of St. Paul’s winter carnival.

Meet at MBC (timing early evening), March, and join in the after party with fireworks viewing at the Club.

Per Elizabeth Mairs: the parade starts near CHS field at 5:30 and ends at Rice Park. I’m told that the fireworks will be visible from the boat club, where we will gather for pizza after marching. Let’s have strong representation as we kick off our 150th year. Friends and family are invited as well. We will be walking over from the boathosue with some equipment.
